🔧 Indicator Parameters

MACDFastEMA – Sets the period of the fast EMA (default 12). Lower values make the MACD more sensitive; higher values smooth out noise.

MACDSlowEMA – Sets the period of the slow EMA (default 26). Larger values give a broader trend view.

MACDSMA – Defines the signal line period (default 9). Shorter values react quicker; longer values filter out weak signals.

MACDAppliedPrice – Selects which price to use for MACD calculations (Close, Open, High, Low, etc.).

AlertSignal – Choose when to get alerts:

• Main line crossing signal line

• Main line crossing zero line

• Histogram momentum shifts

CandleToCheck – Decide whether alerts are based on the current candle (faster but can repaint) or closed candle (safer and confirmed).

MACDType – Switch between tracking MACD line crossovers or histogram changes.

BarsToScan – Sets how many candles the indicator will analyze historically (default 500).
