Breakeven Manager analyzes all open trades on the current symbol and calculates one collective breakeven price so the whole basket can close with no loss (or with extra locked profit, if you choose). It then applies that level to each position’s SL/TP (depending on direction and entry), keeps watching price/spread/pip value, and updates as market conditions change.

How it works (simple)

1. EA scans all open trades on the current symbol.

2. Calculates the weighted breakeven price for the basket (optionally adds swaps, commissions, and extra profit).

3. Applies SL/TP so that when price reaches that level, the basket closes at no loss (or with added profit).

4. Keeps monitoring price, spread, and pip value; recalculates and updates if conditions change or new trades appear.

Input parameters

 

Activation & Targets

• Total profit in currency to trigger single BE – Basket must reach this profit before BE is applied (e.g., 10.00).

• Additional profit in currency for single BE – Amount to add above BE (e.g., 2.00) to secure a win.

Price Alignment (who closes together)

• Adjust single BE to which price?

  • Don’t adjust – One BE level for all; BUY closes at Bid, SELL at Ask (may not close simultaneously).

  • Adjust to Ask – Subtract spread from BUY side so BUY & SELL close together at the Ask.

  • Adjust to Bid – Add spread to SELL side so both close at the Bid.

Update Behavior

• Delay (sec) between adjustments – Wait time before re-modifying orders (prevents server flooding).

• Adjust for swaps & commission? – Include costs in BE math (true/false).

What to manage

• Apply to – Which order types to manage (market, pending, or both).

• Filter by magic number (true/false) → Magic number.

• Filter by comment (true/false) → Comment.

• Apply to current symbol only (recommended true).

Best practices
